Turning every employee into a contributor only works if it's safe. Approval issues a random per-device credential stored in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. No shared passwords, no API keys typed into the app.
Every request is HMAC-signed and bound to a timestamp, nonce, and body hash. Clock drift, reused nonces, and tampered payloads are rejected.
Server-side credentials are protected with AES-256-GCM keyed from WordPress salts. Secrets, auth headers, and signatures are never written to logs.
